All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We use trusted carriers to ensure your lighting products arrive safely. Carriers may include (but are not limited to):

Shipping method is automatically selected based on your location and order size.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with the carrier to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible.
